Synopsis:

Altering procedures for recording deeds in Worcester County so as to require that deeds granting property within any sanitary district operated by the County Commissioners of Worcester County be marked by the county to indicate that specified assessments and charges due to the county have been paid before the deed may be accepted by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for recording.
