Horse Racing - Maryland Foaled Stakes Program and Sires Stakes Program - Revisions

Synopsis:

Terminating the Maryland Foaled Stakes Program; providing that specified money be allocated only to the Maryland Sire Stakes Program; specifying that the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund consists only of the Sire Stakes Program; repealing a requirement that the Maryland Racing Commission set a breeder's award under specified circumstances; establishing a breeder's award under a specified program; providing for the distribution of breeder's awards to specified horses, under specified circumstances; etc.
