Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration to activate an audio recording device on specified vehicles; requiring the Administration to post a notice on vehicles, as specified; limiting, to specified persons and for specified purposes, the review of any audio recording made on a vehicle used to provide transit service; requiring the Administration to adopt specified regulations; etc.
