Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - East Baltimore Historical Library
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $250,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of East
Baltimore Development, Inc. for the renovation of the East Baltimore
Historical Library, located in Baltimore City; providing for
disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee to grant and
convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust;
establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan
proceeds; etc.
