Requiring the Maryland Department of Health to compensate a physician or hospital that provides certain post-exposure prophylaxis treatment under certain circumstances for the prevention of HIV to a victim of alleged rape or sexual offense or a victim of alleged child sexual abuse without charge to the victim; etc.
