Synopsis
Establishing the Prince George's County Pretrial Release, Work Release, and Diversion Programs Task Force; providing that the purpose of the Task Force is to study how specified programs operate, whether Prince George's County criminal justice system could benefit from specified programs, and eligibility and requirements for specified programs; requiring the Task Force to report its recommendations to the Governor and Prince George's County Delegation of the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2016; etc.
