Synopsis

Requiring certain counties to report information quarterly about certain housing development permits to the Department of Planning beginning January 1, 2027; authorizing municipalities to make certain quarterly reports to the Department regarding housing development permits issued by the municipality, beginning January 1, 2027; and requiring the Department of Planning to make certain permit information available on a public, interactive, and searchable website; etc.
