Requiring the State Superintendent of Schools to make specified notifications under specified circumstances; prohibiting county boards, public schools, and specified libraries from allowing access to specified materials; requiring county boards, public schools, and specified libraries to adopt, implement, and submit specified policies and procedures; requiring the State Superintendent or a designee to regularly monitor county boards, public schools, and specified libraries for compliance with specified policies and procedures; etc.
