Requiring the Director of the Office of Cemetery Oversight and the State Board of Morticians and Funeral Directors to adopt regulations that require funeral establishments, crematories, and reduction facilities to maintain adequate refrigerated holding facilities to ensure proper storage of human remains; requiring the Director and the Board to establish and maintain certain online databases, conduct certain inspections, and make certain notifications to authorizing agents; etc.
