Synopsis

Authorizing an application for special death benefits to be made for the death of members of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System who were correctional officers who died by homicide after June 1, 2001, were members of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System, and whose death was determined to have arisen out of or in the course of the actual performance of the officers' duties.
