Synopsis

Establishing the Wastewater Facility Supplemental Operations and Maintenance Grant Program for the purpose of providing competitive grants for publicly owned wastewater facilities facing operations and maintenance challenges that threaten the ability of the facility to discharge clean water and meet certain laws; authorizing the Governor, for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, to include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $10,000,000 for the Program; etc.
