Synopsis
Prohibiting an employer from taking any adverse employment action against an employee concerning an inquiry about or disclosure or discussion of an employee's wages; authorizing an employer, in a specified policy, to establish specified limitations on specified inquiries about or discussions or disclosures of wages; providing that, under specified circumstances, the failure of an employee to adhere to specified limitations shall be an affirmative defense against specified claims; etc.
