Synopsis

Requiring the Comptroller to set aside and deposit into a certain separate account in the Bay Restoration Fund $25,000,000 from certain Bay Restoration Fees in fiscal year 2021 and each fiscal year thereafter; authorizing the use of certain funds in a certain separate account for all costs associated with the installation of a certain new on-site sewage disposal system or the repair or replacement of a failing on-site sewage disposal system with a certain new system; etc.
