Altering the transportation services provided by an emergency service transporter for which the Maryland Department of Health is required to reimburse the emergency service transporter under certain circumstances; and altering the medical services provided by an emergency service transporter for which the Department is required to reimburse the emergency service transporter under certain circumstances.
