Synopsis
Prohibiting a person, with certain motivation, from willfully intimidating, harassing, or terrorizing another person, causing certain damage to certain property of another person without permission, or causing death or serious bodily harm to another person based on the person's actual or perceived employment as a first responder; establishing a that a violation of the Act is a felony and establishing a penalty of imprisonment not less than 1 year and not exceeding 5 years and a fine not exceeding $5,000 on conviction; etc.
