Synopsis
Expanding the benefits for expenses arising from in vitro fertilization procedures that certain insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations are prohibited from excluding from coverage; prohibiting certain carriers from denying coverage of benefits for expenses arising from in vitro fertilization procedures because a policyholder or subscriber or dependent spouse of a policyholder or subscriber is a genetic carrier and at risk for a fetal anomaly; etc.
