Synopsis
Authorizing the placement and use of speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) in Prince George's County, subject to certain requirements; and requiring Prince George's County to report to the General Assembly, by January 31, 2028, and each January thereafter, on the total number of citations issued for each monitored highway segment, the gross revenue generated, expenditures, net revenue generated, contractor payments, changes in the average speeds, and changes in the number of motor vehicle crashes.
