Establishing the Task Force to Evaluate the Quality of Patient Care Under a Capitated Payment System; providing for the composition, cochairs, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study matters related to the impact of moving from a "per case" to a "per capita" payment model; requiring the Task Force to report its findings to the Governor and specified committees of the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2015; terminating the Act after June 30, 2015; etc.
