Requiring the circuit administrative judge in each circuit to establish and maintain a specified diversionary docket for minors to be used as an alternative to conviction for an offense or adjudication of a child as delinquent; providing specifications for participation in the diversionary docket; establishing the Workgroup to Study Single-Point Entry for Services and Criminal Immunity for Victims of Human Trafficking to study specified issues relating to minors who are victims of human trafficking; etc.
