Synopsis

Repealing certain provisions of law relating to the School Mapping Data Program and providing that the School Safety Subcabinet may provide funding from the Safe Schools Fund to a public safety agency; establishing the School Mapping Data Program in the Department of State Police to provide oversight of and technical assistance to a public safety agency for the production of certain school mapping data to facilitate efficient and effective emergency response by public safety agencies; etc.
