Synopsis
Requiring specified applicants and health care professionals to provide to specified boards evidence of completion of continuing education requirements; requiring the boards, in consultation with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to adopt specified regulations; stating the intent of the General Assembly that the regulations require 5% to 10% of the total required continuing education credits be in the areas of health care disparities, cultural and linguistic competency, and health literacy; etc.
