Synopsis
Prohibiting the sale of an electronic smoking device that contains a natural or artificial flavor, other than tobacco; and establishing that a person who violates the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or both.
