Synopsis
                                Increasing, from 10 years to 20 years, the maximum term of imprisonment that may be imposed for a violation of the prohibition against manufacturing, distributing, possessing with intent to distribute, or dispensing certain controlled dangerous substances containing fentanyl or an analogue of fentanyl.
