Repealing certain criteria for a certain prohibition on cannabis advertising that targets minors; authorizing a standard dispensary to place certain exterior signage for certain limited purposes under certain circumstances; requiring the Maryland Cannabis Administration to accept certain advertising audience composition data and develop by regulation a process for accepting a certain attestation from a certain person regarding audience composition; etc.
