Synopsis
                                Authorizing a police officer who has reasonable grounds to believe that an individual has been driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance to request that the individual submit to an oral fluid test; prohibiting a police officer from using the results of a test as the only guide in deciding whether charges should be filed; prohibiting the results of a test from being introduced as evidence in any court action; etc.
