Synopsis
Repealing a certain provision of law that authorized an institution of higher education to use a certain third-party admissions application containing questions about the criminal history of an applicant if the institution provided a notice on its website stating that a criminal history does not disqualify an applicant from admission; and prohibiting institutions of higher education from using an admission application that contains criminal history questions about the applicant.
