Synopsis

Altering the membership of the Oversight Committee on Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities; requiring that the Oversight Committee be chaired by two cochairs elected from among its members, rather than by the Secretary of Aging; requiring that at least 80% of the Oversight Committee positions be filled before a cochair is elected; and specifying that the term of a cochair is one year and a cochair may not serve more than 2 terms.
