Synopsis

Establishing the Community Technology Program for Maryland in the Maryland Technology Development Corporation to provide technology education and assistance to certain communities; requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget an appropriation of $2,400,000 to the Program; requiring the Program to allocate $100,000 for use in each county of the State for the purposes of the Program; and requiring counties to adopt certain application procedures for certain funding.
