Synopsis
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Federal Hill Main Street, Inc. and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, site improvement, and capital equipping of the streetscape along Cross Street, Light Street, and Charles Street in Federal Hill, located in Baltimore City; requiring the grantee to provide and expend a certain matching fund; etc.
