The MSCCSP invites public comment on criminal sentencing policy issues. If you wish to speak at the hearing register in advance by emailing David Soule, MSCCSP Executive Director at dsoule@umd.edu. Each speaker should limit comments to five (5) minutes. Those who wish to speak must register and submit written comments no later than November 23, 2026. Registration is necessary only for those who wish to speak. If participants cannot present testimony in person, a videoconference option can be made available upon request.
