Synopsis:

Altering formulas used to calculate the State share of basic current expenses for each county; and requiring the Governor to include in the State budget grants including $800,000 each year to the Prince George's County Board of Education and $3,300,000 each year to the New Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners for use in dropout prevention programs.
