Maryland Health Care Access and Cost Commission - Modifications and Clarifications

Synopsis:

Repealing the authority of the Maryland Health Care Access and Cost Commission to develop a payment system for health care services; requiring the Commission to promote the availability of consumer information, to prohibit "upcoding", and to require rebundling edits; and clarifying how the Commission adopts practice parameters.
