Synopsis:

Requiring specified mental health managed care companies to provide enrollees with a specified referral policy and to disclose the referral policy at the time of enrollment; specifying the content of the referral policy; prohibiting specified discrimination by mental health managed care companies; prohibiting mental health managed care companies from reimbursing specified providers at less than a specified rate; providing for the application of the Act to specified health benefit plans; etc.
