Redemption
Providing that with respect to specified property in Baltimore City,
unless the court grants an extension, a certificate of sale is void
unless the holder secures a decree within 2 years from the date of the
filing of the foreclosure proceeding; providing that in Baltimore City
a tax sale foreclosure final judgment may be stricken by the court on
an interested party's motion if the holder of the certificate of sale
does not record the deed in land records within 90 days of the
execution of the deed; etc.
