Establishing a Construction Apprenticeship Assistance Program in the
Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; requiring the Program
to award grants, as provided in the State budget, to eligible private
sector business entities based on the number of participants in a
program; requiring the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation
to establish eligibility criteria and an application process;
providing that a grant shall consist of a maximum of $1,000 for each
apprentice in an eligible private sector entity; etc.
