Homeowners Property Tax Credit
Altering the computation of a specified homeowners property tax
credit; requiring the Department of Assessments and Taxation to
provide a report on the effects of the adjustment to the Homeowners
Property Tax Credit Program to the Governor and the General Assembly
by December 1, 1999; and providing that the Act shall be applicable to
tax credits for all taxable years beginning after June 30, 1999.
