Public Institutions of Higher Education - Athletic Facilities - Fundraising

Synopsis:

Authorizing a public institution of higher education to receive gifts or donations in exchange for the right to name an athletic facility only if the donor agrees that the name will not contain any reference to or logo of a corporation or other commercial or business interest.
