Hydraulic Clam Dredging
Prohibiting the use of a hydraulic clam dredge in any submerged
aquatic vegetation bed; requiring the Department of Natural Resources
to delineate specified existing submerged aquatic vegetation beds in
the waters of the State by using the most recent aerial surveys as
guidance; and requiring the Department to update the delineations as
necessary.
