Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Marvellous Works Outreach Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $300,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Marvellous Works Outreach Center, Inc. for the demolition of buildings at 2657, 2659, and 2661 West North Avenue and the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new building for use as a community center to house adult day care, after school programs, and programs for transient population; requiring the grantee to provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
