Continuing until July 1, 2006, the provisions of the State procurement
law relating to procurement from minority businesses; altering the
percentage of the total dollar value of procurement contracts by units
of State government that is made directly or indirectly from certified
minority businesses which units of State government shall seek to
achieve; authorizing the Board of Public Works to adopt regulations in
preparation for a study of the Minority Business Enterprise Program;
etc.
