Judges' Retirement System - Early Service Retirement Allowance
Providing specified members of the Judges' Retirement System with a
service retirement allowance if the members are at least 55 years old
and have at least 12 years of service credit; and requiring that
members of the Judges' Retirement System who retire before age 60 with
less than 16 years of service credit have a reduction made to their
retirement allowance.
