Harness Racing - Licensees - Takeout Allocation

Synopsis:

Allowing a harness track licensee's share of the takeout relating to purses and the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund to be allocated in accordance with a specified agreement; requiring that specified persons sign the agreement; and prohibiting the licensee from altering specified mandatory takeout allocations to the State Racing Commission; etc.
