Alternate Contributory Pension Selection - Participation
Providing that an individual who retired from the Employees' Pension
System or the Teachers' Pension System between January 1, 2006, and
April 25, 2006, shall receive the alternate contributory pension
selection as provided in Title 23, Subtitle 2, Part III of the State
Personnel and Pensions Article; and requiring the Board of Trustees of
the State Retirement and Pension System to make retroactive payments
to specified individuals.
