Ethics Law - Miscellaneous Provisions

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "interest" to exclude specified additional qualified trusts and specified college savings plans; and increasing from $50 to $100 the fee that a regulated lobbyist must pay each time the lobbyist files a specified registration form with the State Ethics Commission.
