Synopsis:

Requiring the licensee or holder of a letter of compliance to cease operation of a child care center immediately upon delivery of an emergency suspension notice; repealing a provision requiring a stay of an emergency suspension under specified circumstances; authorizing the licensee or letter holder to request a hearing before the State Superintendent of Schools; etc.
