State Lottery Agency - Performance Incentive Program for Employees

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Director of the State Lottery Agency to establish a performance incentive program for employees of the Agency; specifying that performance incentives may be provided only if funds are appropriated in the Agency's budget; and providing that the program is in lieu of any other State performance incentive program.
