Tax Sales - Complaint to Foreclose Right of Redemption - Notice
Prohibiting a holder of a certificate of tax sale from filing a
complaint to foreclose the right of redemption until at least 30 days
after sending the second notice required by law to specified persons;
requiring that a notice be sent in a specified manner; and authorizing
a holder of a certificate of tax sale to be reimbursed for specified
expenses related to mailing a notice.
