Vehicle Laws - Firefighters and Other Emergency Services Personnel - Exemption from Driver Licensing Requirements

Synopsis:

Exempting a member or employee of a fire department, rescue squad, emergency medical services unit, or volunteer fire company from specified driver licensing requirements if a member or employee is driving an emergency vehicle under specified circumstances; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to adopt regulations that establish training and testing requirements; etc.
