Synopsis
Prohibiting a person who is a caregiver to or a family member or household member of an individual from knowingly and willfully obtaining the property of the individual with the intent to deprive the individual of the individual's property if the individual is a vulnerable adult or an individual of at least 68 years of age and the person knows or reasonably should know the individual is a vulnerable adult of at least 68 years of age; and providing certain penalties for a violation of the Act.
