Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, for a grant to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for the repair, renovation, and restoration of the interior of the historic Marietta Mansion, located in Prince George's County; and requiring the Commission to grant a historic easement to the Maryland Historic Trust.
